Jason Martin, a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon and Ashland High School in Ashland, Oregon calls Southern Oregon his home. Jason has over 20 years of schooling and Surveying experience.

While working on his Bachelor's degree in Surveying he worked at a local Medford Engineering firm as a survey intern. From there, his career took him to Northern California, Alaska and eventually back to Southern Oregon.

While in California, he worked on Caltrans contracts for flood and storm damage repair, as well as, work on the San Francisco and Oakland airports. Time was also spent on many utility projects, silt management, GPS control networks and Boundary Survey work intermingled with design and construction layout.

The time spent in Alaska took him from within the city limits of Anchorage to the far outreaches of the Alaska bush. Projects included design surveys for Anchorage Waste Water and Utility Company, Alaska Department of Transportation control and design projects, as well as, performing FAA approach surveys, and Alaska Railroad rail realignment projects.

Jason has also spent time as a Project Surveyor with Bonneville Power Administration. He was the Fiber Team Lead Surveyor, working on transmission line layout and access road surveys. Most of his time as Fiber Team Lead Surveyor was spent managing contracts, crews and companies.

Jason founded, To The Point Land Surveying, LLC in the summer of 2012, with a foundation of providing high quality services that are accurate and cost effective. With this in mind; we can work on any size project, in any area of Oregon and Alaska.

Matthew Wasson | PROJECT SURVEYOR

Matt has over 16 years of surveying experience. Most of his experience is from boundary, topographical surveys and construction staking.

Matt has been with To The Point Land Surveying since 2016 as a project surveyor performing quality field to finish projects. Matt not only tracks progression of projects, but also adheres to maintain costs for clients and communicates to helps every member on his team to perform to the highest quality and professionalism.
